The Full Moon arrives in light.
Where the New Moon begins in darkness, the Full Moon reveals. It illuminates what has been growing, what has taken shape, and what is ready to be seen more clearly.
There is often an intensity to this phase. Emotions may rise. Thoughts may become louder. Things that were easy to ignore can suddenly feel impossible to overlook.
But the Full Moon isn’t asking for perfection.
It’s asking for awareness.
This is a time to pause and notice what has come to completion, what feels heavy, and what no longer belongs in the next phase of your life.
Release doesn’t have to be dramatic.
It doesn’t have to be forced.
Sometimes, letting go is as simple as acknowledging something and choosing not to carry it forward.
For me, the Full Moon has become less about intense rituals and more about gentle reflection.
Sitting with what is.
Naming what feels complete.
Allowing space for something to end without rushing into what comes next.
There is wisdom in closing a cycle slowly.
If you choose to mark this phase, let it be simple.
Write down what you’re ready to release.
Take a breath.
Let it go in whatever way feels right to you.
The Full Moon reminds us that not everything is meant to be carried forward.
Some things are meant to be seen clearly… and then released.
